Do it! I’m only 22 but I LOVE driving my parents’ minivan. Maybe it’s because I’m short, but I love driving and actually being able to see the road because the seats are so high up.
That is a beauty! I’m a Subaru outback gal myself- can’t quite deal with the size of the minivans, but I only have the one and I can see the point- especially with that stunning van!
Hi Amy. I’m a new reader who found you through the amazing Sarah (& Joyce) Ely. I’ve enjoyed reading your posts and learning about your family. First to answer your question, yes, buy it. Secondly, I’m laughing at the existential dilema that I just went through with this exact same van, in the same color. If you have an interest, I posted about it on my little family blog. Let us know if you get the van.

Well…I have a minivan and you know how cool I am soooo… : )
Seriously, I do love our minivan (it’s a way UNcool Toyota Sienna and it’s grey to boot). But man can I haul some serious crap in that thing (in addition to the two children).
Red is very pretty. I didn’t even know VW made a minivan! What do you drive now?
PS. I love being high up which the van totally affords.

Oooh shiny red pretty things! And a VW to boot, barely a minivan.
I love it.

I like the tinted windows, and the color. The minivan-ness of life, well…I don’t know so much.
Lots of room to carry extra friends for the girls and room for hauling all your crafty stuff. I say go for it.
